By accessing and using Fyndoc, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fyndoc. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Fyndoc is a consumer health platform that helps patients:

• Search for and discover healthcare providers in their area
• View provider profiles, credentials, and patient reviews
• Schedule appointments with participating providers
• Communicate with providers through our messaging system
• Track personal health information and vital signs
• Store and organize insurance information

Fyndoc is a healthcare marketplace. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice of any kind.

Fyndoc is NOT a medical provider. We want to be absolutely clear:

• Information on this platform is for reference and convenience only
• Nothing on Fyndoc constitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Health information you enter is for your personal tracking and is not reviewed by medical professionals
• AI-powered features (such as Kooper) provide general information, not medical advice
• Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals with any medical questions
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on Fyndoc

Fyndoc's messaging system and other features are NOT designed for emergency communications:

• Message response times are not guaranteed and may take hours or days
• Providers may not monitor messages outside of business hours
• Technical issues may delay message delivery
• Critical or time-sensitive medical situations require direct contact with emergency services or your provider's emergency line

Our messaging system is intended for:

• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• General inquiries about provider services
• Non-urgent follow-up questions
• Administrative communications

Our messaging system should NOT be used for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• Prescription requests or medication changes
• Urgent or emergency medical concerns
• Sharing detailed clinical information requiring secure health record systems

Providers may choose to use their official clinical communication channels for sensitive medical discussions. Fyndoc messaging is not intended to replace HIPAA-compliant clinical communication systems.

By providing your phone number during registration and consenting to receive communications, you expressly agree to receive SMS/text messages from Fyndoc. These messages may include account notifications, appointment reminders, customer support responses, and other service-related communications.

Consent & Opt-In

End users opt in to receive messages from Fyndoc by visiting our website or app and providing their phone number through a contact, registration, appointment request, or account creation form. During this process, users explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from Fyndoc by checking a consent box or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive text communications. Additionally, end users may opt in by texting START to our designated Fyndoc phone number, where applicable.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fyndoc is not responsible for any carrier charges.

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Fyndoc. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START or updating your account preferences.

Your Information

7. Provider Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about healthcare providers:

• Provider information is aggregated from public sources and provider submissions
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all provider details
• Credentials, licenses, and certifications should be independently verified
• Reviews represent individual patient experiences and may not reflect typical outcomes
• Insurance acceptance and pricing information may change without notice

You are responsible for verifying provider credentials, insurance participation, and other important details before receiving care.

You are responsible for the accuracy of health information you enter into Fyndoc:

• Health conditions, vital signs, and other data you enter are self-reported
• We provide storage and display of your data, not medical interpretation
• Sharing health data with providers is at your discretion and risk
• You should maintain your own complete health records independent of Fyndoc

9. User Responsibilities

As a user of Fyndoc, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users and providers
• Not attempt to access others' accounts or data without authorization
• Not use the platform to harass, spam, or mislead others

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Fyndoc to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Engage in fraudulent activities

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDCARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from reliance on any information obtained through the service
• Damages resulting from any medical decisions made based on platform content
• Damages from any provider's actions, advice, or treatment
• Service interruptions or data loss

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users or providers
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Fyndoc after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
